    Tasked with the design, engineering, administration and maintenance of a medium sized computer network primarily used for the storage and retrieval of audio and the remote control of other broadcasting tools.

    Along with administration duties, I often train and consult end users, and deliver excellent twenty-four hour tech support and customer service.

    I add end point and vacation/holiday support for the IT and Interactive departments and am versed in many internet and enterprise IT technologies.

    Reinforced after hours technical support for the Delilah and Neon Nights syndicated programs from their Seattle,WA studios.

  • SENIOR STUDIO SYSTEMS ENGINEER, BROADCAST ELECTRONICS
    1997 - 2003
    Directed the consultation, design, installation, configuration, training, and support of the AudioVAULT product line for end users in the field as well as via phone and internet support technologies. AudioVAULT is an automation/ digital audio storage and retrieval system primarily geared toward radio and audio broadcasting.

    As well as being a part of many major US and international build projects, I led a series of week- long training courses in Singapore,The Philippines, Japan, Indonesia and at many sites in the US.

    Programmed, designed and administered first version of the company support website and wrote many training documents published for end users.

Personal

From my first career, I still enjoy designing graphics, logos, and program website for a variety of small businesses and non-profit organizations. I also follow Indian Premiere League Cricket.
